The Drinks Link is a subsidiary of Style By Design. As we are a design-led company our goal is to ensure that your drinks are as lovely to look at as they are delicious to drink!

At The Drinks Link, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. We want to ensure that your experience with us is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Of particular importance is our cancellation clause, which outlines the non-refundable status of the booking deposit. Please read this section carefully before placing your order.

Under Age Drinking

We want all of our guests to have a great time, and part of that is making sure everyone stays safe. So, we kindly ask that you help us with our policy of not serving alcohol to anyone under 18. If your guests look young, please remind them to bring a photo ID or any proof of age with them. We also want to create a positive environment for everyone, so we reserve the right to decline alcohol service to anyone who appears to be excessively intoxicated or is behaving abusively. Additionally, we will not serve anyone who has previously been refused service. We hope you understand that the safety and comfort of your guests is our top priority.

Booking Deposit and Total Fees

To confirm your booking with The Drinks Link, we require a non-refundable booking fee of £500. This fee is charged to secure our services and creates a legally binding contract between us and you. The booking fee will be deducted from the total amount you pay for your package, which we refer to as the Total Fees. The booking fee is non-refundable even in the event of the cancellation of your event.

Our Total Fees are calculated based on the assumption that there will be 60 adult guests. If the number of attendees is less than 60, you are still required to pay the Total Fees based on 60 guests. Please notify us of any changes in the number of guests as it is a condition of the booking. If the number of guests exceeds 60, we will charge an additional amount per person.

The balance of the Total Fees must be paid in full 28 working days before the event. Please note that failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of our services.

Samples

We have made arrangements with our wine supplier to deliver sample boxes of the Ever-After and Love Storey Packages to you at a heavily discounted price. Each box will contain five bottles, including our exquisite house prosecco and red and white wine from both regions of your selected package. We allow a maximum of two sample packages per household.

Package Prices

When booking your Bijou wedding at Brympton House you will be expecting your payments to total no more than the advertised package price (of which the drinks form part). Payment for your package drinks is made directly between you and us and does not form part of either your catering or venue hire payment or contract. Where you have upgraded your package or added on extra drinks or have guests in excess of the 60 included in your package we will charge you a supplement in which case the amount that you end up paying us will be greater than that advertised by the venue at the time of booking.

Length of Drinks Receptions

The length of your drinks reception is determined by the drinks package that you choose. We allow one drink per guest for every half hour - which allows your guests to have fun and not be empty-handed whilst standing around waiting for you to have your pictures taken! You can extend your drinks reception by either upgrading your package or adding on additional drinks from our Add Ons menu. It is not possible to extend your drinks reception without having either:

(i) the correct number of drinks in place

(ii) by making an alternative arrangement e.g by opening the Library Bar (for an additional staffing fee payable to Bacchus Bars)
